As a UX Designer at Google, I started on the Cloud Design System team, where I learned pixel perfection and how to operationalize processes. Later I joined Local Search where I applied my skills at a global scale, solving for complexities across verticals.

 

I redesigned the image carousel on Google’s Placesheet, allowing users to see more visual information with less effort so they can decide if a place matches their needs more quickly.

I partnered with a multidisciplinary team to create Style Boards—a program designed to bring the personal touch you get in Nordstrom stores to the online shopping journey. I led the design effort from inception to iteration on both the customer and stylist experiences.

I optimized an existing Nordstrom service called Store Reserve, (where customer can pick out what they want online and then try it on in store), by enabling customers to reserve more than one item at a time. What sounded like a simple flip of a switch became a redesign of a critical part of the shopping journey for Nordstrom's best customers.
